Descrição do curso: 
The course is genre specific (fiction and poetry, in particular, and if there is sufficient interest, children's writing, life writing and literary translating). It will be demanding in terms of specific intellectual application, while at the same time giving support on a workshop and tutorial basis to the candidates we select. The seminar elements are intended to explore the development of the chosen genre in time and space, and will entail substantial reading of primary texts and relevant critical and theoretical work as well. The approach will be historical and theoretical and there will also be regular genre-dedicated workshops.
Requisitos para o ingresso:
2.1 Honours degree; or equivalent qualification recognised by the University; a portfolio of creative and critical writing of no more than 30 pages in total is required to be submitted, of which around 10 to 12 pages should be critical writing and the balance, creative writing.
